Tricep injections?

how do you inject your triceps yourself? i have always got someone else to do it for me. and how many places in the tricep should one be injecting in?

thanks for that. i've been there before. so throughout all those diagrams they are inject in heads 1 and 2. do you guys do equal amounts in each of those heads? and how easy is it to do it by yourself? (do you have to be contortionist to reach)

I flex the arm and follow the lines until I see where I want to go. I then prick the skin and fold that arm across my chest...with my hand under the opposite arm pit. I inject just below the bottom of the delt and a little bit toward the rear, in the upper/outer head.

Look for a bunch of meat in your horeshoe. I like Tri injections myself. Use your bathroom mirror.
