the best way to keepgains?
hi bros, IM 20 years old and been working out for 2 years now, anyway when i started working out i did my first cycle wíth only test 500mg/week and som dbol and in the end some winny. after that i lost pritty much every thing "wasnt fun at all"
any good sugestion of a good keepgains cycel?
please give me a helping hand.

Eat alot and continue to train hard.

If you didn't do PCT the lag time from when you had test in your system till your body starts to make it's own can be hell on the muscles.

PCT is almost as important as training and diet. Don't worry to much, many of us learned the hard way.

i honestly think that the main reason that people loose their muscle after a cycle is that they stop consuming their protein and slack off their diet as a whole.

Sounds like it was your PCT that caused you to lose all your gains. From what you said, you either didn't start it on time nor did you take the clomid regularly through out PCT. Plan out your PCT before you start your next cycle and you should be able to keep a good percentage of your gains.

I also used IGF-1 LR3 in my PCT last cycle and I only lost 5 lbs when I came off cycle then when I came off the IGF-1 4 weeks later I lost another 4, so it does help you hold gains as long as your on it.
