i thought about traps and that's as far as it went, thinking about it. Too many limph nodes and neves and veins for me. I think i would try lats before i tried traps, JMO...also tri injections feel the same as bi injections to me...ya just gotta hit the right spot.

Traps,bi's,tri's....all no prob and as for being sore still no prob as long as you stay away from the vet stuff and small UG labs.

i wish i had the balls to do a trap injection. i do ed injections as well of fina prop.
i do thighs glutes and shoulders... seems to be good enough for me

everyone has different pain thresholds... i wouldn't do it... one of my workout partners, who has injected everywhere... said traps by far is the worst... considering he is pretty hardcore... that was enough for me... my advice is (for what its worth)... do what you gotta do!

try lats...never done it myself, but doesn't seem too bad!

you can get a case of tortocullis from trap injections - irritate a nerve in there and your head gets pulled to your shoulder - from the spasm caused by the irritation - can last a few days too - very painful
