    Question retaining water ?

    This is my 6th week on my 4th cycle.. cyp and deca .
    I am having great gains in strength and mass but all of a
    sudden I am retaining alot of water. My waist is bloated and
    so are my fingers... I'm leaving on a cruise next week, any advise on how to get rid of this freaking water..

    take nolvadex 10-20mg daily will help reduce the bloat,how much gear r u usin?

    I would hit arimidix at .5mg ED up until cruise and drop down the carbs to help lose some water, drink lots of water also to keep it moving through, lower salt intake then a few days before the cruise take some taraxatone, that stuff worked great for me, made my mid section real defined.
