a little much for me. I wouldn't do that much winstrol , it is going to be tough on the body.

If he is dead set on this cycle I would suggest him take 50mgs for six weeks than take a break and then take another 6 weeks worth. If its good quality winstrol . Just wondering what kind would he be doing?

Well after proper PCT I would at least wait another 4 weeks and then he could begin another run of it. For the second run I would definetly pick something else up to go with it like test prop.I hope this helps.
