ive done winny only on bridges. i would run 50mg every other day. but it depends on what hes trying to do. give us some details.. ie. is he trying to tone up, is this his first cycle. is he bridging.

yea this is his first cycle.. hes trying to lose some weight and tone up.. jus lose some fat hes already big muscle wise.. 6'2 230lbs...

ok then 1ml (50mg) eod is a good dose but it will shut him down,he might look good n cut but he might not b able to sort the ladies out.

i dunno booz.. winny never shut down my sex drive. In fact.. i use it to add a little spring in my swagger on friday nites

I am starting a cutting cycle for a show of tren ,clen and winny and did alot of homework and I haven't talked to one guy that has been shut down from winny !!! without any test !! and not talking novices ...lol i don't know for a fact as i have never done a cycle but just passing on what knowledge I have picked up!!!

Winstrol CAN shut you down but not always. And it needs to be taken ED not EOD. Preferably twice a day if you can. Why do a cycle without test? Especially tren /clen /winni.... Why not go ahead and throw some deca in there too? I just don't understand... And winni is not a miracle drug...

you are right fitnessguy, take winny ed for sure !! to answer your question,I've already got enough size and for the first time i am cutting down for a contest, trying to get down from 230 to 205 and as hard a a rock with very little BF and water !!if you have any info on cutting or gear i should know about by all means send it to me, I am always open to hear what people have to say as this is my first cutting regimen !!!
