Mine usually goes pretty high while on heavier dosages. Like 90/140 sometimes higher. Just take some folic acid, hawthorne berry, and celery seed extract and it should help it come down some. Just make sure to keep tabs on it.

Actually both are a bit high. Sh!t when I do cardio I only run my heart rate up to 115. If I could do it lying in bed I would be very happy. BP is to high bro, even while on gearQuote:
