it will help you have more of a cut look if your bf% is already low.
well my BF is prob around 15%...but does it help burn body fat or is that not something it does?

Don't rely on Winny for fatloss...
As said earlier, it will harden you up, but, at the cost of drying your joints... and it's also 17AA, and should be ran with test..
Look at your cardio and diet for shredding you up, and get a good thermo stack.
What kind of dose of tren?
