    Exclamation 2 questions guys....

    i have a head cold and feel like shi@t...should i just pop some ephedrine and aspirin and go work out anyways? or will it inhibit me getting better?

    2nd question....anyone ever injected the inner thigh area, or just the outer?

    i'm injecting everyday and i hate bi's and calfs and i'm running out of spots

    go for your delts and traps for injections, outer thigh is good, and so are your upper glutes. science has proven again and again that working out while your sick actually speeds up your recovery process. dont take the ephedrine though, just power through it.

    Ived used ephedrine it does work great for energy in the gym so why not?As far as asprin goes it's proven to inhibit gains somewhat so I try not to take it..Forget the inner thigh...

    I do chest,glutes,quads...These are the easiest injects for someone with a big chest..

    Iam almost positive 99% of over the counter pain killers inhibit gains...Iam not sure to what extent..

    ibuprofen as well as tylenol will inhibit gains significantly if taken in a good sized dose. The only study I saw was using 3000mg of each I think and it pretty much stopped muscle growth dead. I don't know how lower doses affect it

    So is this relevant for only colds. What about training with viruses and so on. I'd love to know because my coach always told me to stop training when i get sick otherwise it will just get worse. I trained through this time and it has been hanging around but it seems to improve quicker. Any studies relating to this?

    I know a bodybuilder who said he didn't take over the counter pain meds
    because they inhibit muscle growth..It's hersay but the guy knows everything and is 300 pounds...So I listen when he talks...
