i didn;t get stretch marks!!! a friend of mine, ran the sam cycle does.. but he only gained 20lbs...
how to get rid of this bloat!! 44lbs is crazy

update:::: i gained 44lbs... water weight mostly........
and..... i am on the 3rd week of pct yet... im still BLOATEDD!! LIKE A BALLOOON

I held on to alot of water, especially in the face, i gained 32lbs in 9 weeks a few years back, it is going to take more then 3 weeks to lose the water. cardio man, sweet it out, i am sure u have plenty to lose that way and like most say, watch the sodium. be patient, i would give it another 3 weeks, some hold on to water more so then others. I refuse to do anything that may cause me to retain water again, my goals now are to keep the bloat down to a minium from the begining.

Bro maybe you just got fat, cause 44lbs in 8 weeks is almost impossible. I think you just gained allot of fat and the fat is not going away untill you do some cardio...
What did you diet consist of, maybe that will give some answers...

watch out for acutanne....that shit messed with my head..made me very depressed..I had to get on effexor to get better. I'm normal now, that was years ago but watch out for that shit

chciken breast 40 grams protein.... 3 g fat.... no carb
rice.. 30 gram carb... 7 gram protein... 2 g fat..
flax seed oil 2 spoon..... 2 gram of fat
dat's 47 protein / 30 carb/and 7 g fat.. x3 meal
dats around 150 protein/90 carb and 21 fat..
MRP are 40 protein / 20 carb/ 2 fat x 2
dat's around 80 protein/ 40 carb/ 4 fat...
morning WHEY PROTEIN 2 scoop 45 gram protein 2gram fat
and grape juice.8oz. 20 gram carb//
MILK 10 carb/ 2 fat / 8 protein
dat's 53 gram protein / 30 carb/ 4 gram of fat.
bedtime wheyprotein 2 scoop n MILK
dat's 53 gram protein/ 4 gram fat/10 carb
over all 336 protein carb 170-250 depending on the rice ( sometime i do 50 gram of rice)... and fat is 33 fat..
33 x 9 = 297 cal
336 x 4 = 1344 cal
190x4 = 760cal
total cal = 2400 MEAL....336 protein, caarb 190, fat 33gram
PLUS pre and post work out.... 35 gram glucose/ 2 scoop whey x2!! dat's 70 gram carb and 90 gram protein...
so.....424 gram protein / 260 gram carb / 37 fat total cal = 3069.... BUT most of the time i do 30 gram carb..for rice so cal is under 3000..
