How much Benadryl to take to on clen?

I'm taking benadryl instead of ketotifen to reset my receptors. Hookers post on clen says to take 50-100 mgs. Does anybody have a specific amount to take, I mean 50-100 is kinda a vague number...

I suppose 75mg??

50mg worked for me also. start with 50mg(2 pills) and go from there as needed...IMO

I knew this was a theory, but I didnt know it was proven that benadryl would act in the same way as ketofin or to the same degree of effectiveness

I assume it will make ECA more effective also since they share the same recepters...
