Cutting cycle options ? ? ?

hellow guys, friend of mine did a mass cycle a time ago and he want to cut down now but he doesnt have internet so i ask it for him what you guys recommend for e not to high dosed cutcycle

1st option:

week 1-6: winny depot 50mg EOD
week 1-6: anavar 40mg/day

week 6-7-8: nolvadex 20mg/day

2nd:

week 1-7: Test Enanthaat 250/week
week 2-5: winny depot 50mg EOD
week 6-10: anavar 40mg EOD

pst

3rd

week 1-6: primobolan 300mg/week
week 1-5: winny depot 50mg EOD
week 1-5: anavar 40 mg/day

he wants to cut down from his current 14% to 8-9% he want to cut naturally with a diet and cardio for e iew weeks and them start the cutcycle. is this a good idea and wich cycle would you recommend??? he wants to keep it small and wit hlow ammounts , just gain some strainght and schredd down !!! i first recommended the first one because of the low impact on his system and the good strainght gains

var and winni need to be taken ED.
I would suggest test in ahichever one he chooses and i would go with prop, not enanth
and do proper pct

prop/var, u need the test in there and for cutting prop is the best although its at least an eod inject.

None, you definetly need some test when cutting to keep your body in a anti-catabolic state.

wk 1-8 Prop 100mg EOD
wk 1-8 Var 50mg ED

Cant go wrong with that, and he'll love it.

forget primo. winny makes the joints hurt too much so i don't like that either. my cutter is this:

400mg test enan
300mg tren enan
50mgED var

i'm 5 weeks into it and it's going great. i've actually put on a couple pounds, but my fat has dropped drastically.
