Pct On My Cycle?

I am about to start a test p/winstrol cycle, and have no idea what to do about the pct. I have done test before, but never knew anything about pct until I joined the board. I need to know how I would do the pct with this cycle: test p weeks 1-10 100mg eod
winstrol weeks 4-10 100 mg eod
nolva ed weeks 1-10- how much do I need?
What does the pct dosage need to be, and when do I start it? Also, what other supplements will I need throughout this cycle. I already take a daily vitamin, I have milk thistle,and glucosamine. Is there anything else I will need for this cycle? I have the clomid for the pct, just need to know when to start, and what dosages?

I also have prescription B-12, how do I mix the 2? From what I understand, the injection of prop hurt pretty good.

Start your Nolva @ 10mg/day from wk 1-10.

Also, you're going to extend it into your PCT, at 20mg/day.

PCT for cycles 8-16wks, from Pheedno's PCT.
Day 1-30- .25mg L-dex + 100mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva

You may also choose to run Tribulus at around 4g/day during PCT.

If it's a winny/prop cycle, I would extend the winny 3days past your last prop injection, then run PCT the day after your last Winny injection.

EDIT: I'd suggest cutting the Prop with sterile oil instead of b-12.

Will I need to order that from the place above, or can I buy it somewhere else? I have never cut my injections with anything before, but have seen people on here say that they use B-12. I also find my joints hurting a lot when I take winstrol , is there anything I can take, besides glucosamine for the pain?
