taking Creatine while on Clenbuterol?

I'm on my 5th day of clen, but i would like to know if it is completely safe for me to take creatine while taking clen? thanks.

you shouldn't have problems with that, but why do you want to do it?

what are you trying to do, cut up or put on mass?

I see nothing wrong with it. Just remember to drink lots. You won't notice your fat loss the same though, so just don't get discouraged (from the bloated look, caused by water retention)...

i dont really have a big frame, so i just wanted to get a little more mass for the summer. do u think its safe for my liver?

Creatine can help you lose fat. It aids in building lean mass which causes you to burn more cals at rest (rmr). Unless you're trying to get shredded (5-9%) than it can help in the process I believe. Just my 2 cents. Peace.

im on my 5th day of clen as well bro but I wouldnt take creatine on it for the simple fact that i am cutting. I think the creating and clen kind of contradict each other....JMO

They don't work against each other. Creatine causes your muscles to retain water, and clen isn't a diuretic or anything like that.

It would just be a little discouraging that's all, to not see the fat loss results as soon b/c you're retaining water.

Only problem I can see is 2 sources for raising your body temp. Drink plenty of water as to not over heat

creatine can be used during a cutting phase... not everyone has the same results or gets the same affects.

last summer when i did a cycle of clen with winny, i still used creatine and it didn't cause any water retention but my diet was in check..


try it for a few weeks and see how you feel and how your body reacts..

Not to jack this thread but how long does it take for the bloat to go away after the stop of creatine?
