My 1st cycle was a sorry excuse of a cycle: 250mg omnadren/wk and 300mg deca/wk. Yeah I know, uninformed and not researched at all. Anyway, My 2nd cycle was planned I think too high at 875mg/wk of test...would 1/2 that still be ok? 437.5 can get results for a relative newbie right?
437.5 will do ya just fine
437.5mg of what type of test? i like 500-750mg/wk of test-e, 750mg/wk of sust, and a lower dose if it's prop.... but that's just what my body responds to

i personally feel like i need to run sus at a higher doser per week in comparison to single esthers. i'm not saying that it is a bad aas, as long as used correctly you can get some great results.
i like sus at 750mg/wk, but everyone is different. the key is to find the lowest dose that is effective and stick to it unless your body quits responding to it. no sense in bumping up your doses if you don't have to.
