    how should i take my 25mg of dbol

    all together? scattered? how long before training?
    got 5mg tabs

    I take mine in equal amounts 3 times a day with a 4 hour gap in between.For example, 10am-2pm-6pm. Dbol has a half life of around 3 to 4.5 hours so i presume if ya took it about 1.5- 2 hours prior to training that would be good

    so, if i train at midday
    10 mg at 10am
    10mg at1.30pm
    10mg at 4pm?

    or 30mg at 10am (2 hrs before training?)

    you see what im wondering, is if you take it all at once at midday, does it hinder the encouraging effects of protein synthesis later in the day, ie, when you eat your evening meal.....
    obviously your training pump will be stronger, which is helpful, but do you lose out on the nitrogen, protein synthesis side?

    You are much better off spacing out in four hour intervals as that is about the half life of dbol

    First dose, immediately on waking in the morning. Last dose, right before bed at night. Figure out the time difference and use your trusty calculator to select equally spaced times to take the other tabs. You can even split them if you like, or crush them, for doses every 2 hours or so throughout the day, with a higher dose at night and early morning. It's all good. Splitting hairs can be a fun exercise, and it is nice to at least imagine that we are doing everything we can do to maximize our return for AAS use.

    I usually don't question light doses, but 25mg IS pretty light. 35-40 is more common, and many users consider 50mg/ED to be the standard dose.

    But you start recovering after working out, and why not have as much dbol working for you when you need it the most? Just a thought...

    My suggestion is if you have them in 5mg tabs, take 5mg upon waking, then take 15mg 1 hour prior to training, then take 5mg right before going to bed. That way you will get a bigger boost for the gym. It won't be much, but the placebo effect will also kick in and make you want to work harder. Just forget that I said anything about the placebo effect, and you will likely get it.

    hmmm...I ll explain it again in a very simple version: d-bol taken only once or twice a day=unstable blood levels=more sides=less gains
    d-bol taken 3-4 times a day=stable blood levels=less sides=more gains

    If you are taking dbol , you obviously don't care about your body, so does it really matter. Dbol is garbage. And I did suggest taking it 3 times per day. Your blood levels will be perfectly fine if taking it the way I suggested.
