    Unbearable Clen Cramps

Now i have quiet a big tolerance for pain but today in the gym i experianced the worst cramps from clen . It was like i was already getting sore while i was in the middle of my workout......extremly painful.

There was a point when i was doing forearms and i put the straight bar down and couldnt open my hands for about a minute - it scared the hell out of me and was very painful.

I am taking 3g of taurine a day but i think i am going to up it to 5.

Does anyone know what else i can do to prevent the cramps. I dont want the cramps to interfere with my workout.

I get really bad cramping on Clen during the first week or so,
then usually my body adjusts more to it and it's not as bad...
Try keeping both your water intake high and minerals, mainly
calcium, magnesium and potassium and it should help...

taurine, potassium and water! Vit C and E also helps! The taurine I took had vit B complex and I never got cramps so I guess it prevents cramps too!

im currently at 100mcg a day however the 2nd day i went up to 160mcg and i think that is what did it so i am goint to stay at a steady 100-120mcg for the rest of the 5 weeks.

yeah 160mcg is a little high. I generally stay around the 100mcg mark.
