    T3 versus T4

    I am looking for opinions on what would be better to run with clen , T3 or T4? or should i run both T3 and T4 with my clen? Is this safe?

    T3 without question.

    Yes, it's safe, if you're safe about it.

    Test your thyroid. Find your RT, and work from there regarding doses.

    You have to run like 3-4 times as much T4 to equal the strength of T3. This is because T4 converts to T3 in your liver. So, just run T3 and cut out the middle man.
