"A lot of times people will sign up to the forum and post something along the lines of this : "ok so i have 20 cc's of some test and some winny and some dbol how should I run them" and it leaves members in a tough spot to properly field their questions. Here is a good way to ask a question to get correct answers.
Hi guys, first of all I'm new to the forum but i've been lifting for eight years prior to signing up. I've noticed recently that my gains have slowed down a great deal and even after examining my diet and my training, they are still at a hault. Right now i'm 27 years old and currently train fairly low volume/high intensity 4 times a week along with AM cardio 3x a week. I am 6 feet tall and weigh in at 230 lbs with bodyfat around 10% although this is just an estimate .I've been researching for a while and i've decided on running a testosterone and dianabol cycle. I was wondering if any of you could critique my plan.
Here is the cycle:
Weeks 1-4 35 mg of dianabol per day
Weeks - 1-10 500mg of testosterone per week injected two times per week (monday and thursday)
20mg of nolvadex per day and followed by nolva and clomid for PCT.
Does anyone care to comment?
You see how this question was asked? He gave his statistics, training paterns, gave note that he HAS looked into both his training and diet and layed down what he believed to be a good cycle plan. This is the type of post that will yield the most answers, no one wants to try and do the math on someone saying "i have like 20 cc's of test, 14 cc's of equipoise, 100 dianabol tabs some clomid and some winny". What concentration is the test? The EQ? The Dianabol? etc..
