sus 500 mgs per week 125 mgs eod for 16 weeks
eq 400 mgs per week 100 mgs eod for 12 weeks
deca 400 mgs per week 200 mgs twice per week for 12 weeks
stats are : 6' 188 lbs 10-11 % bf ,27 yrs. old, cycle experience
would like to be between 200-205. please give advice
here goes the great debate concerning deca+eq in the same cycle...........I would say try it, some love it, some hate it........ALTHOUGH i think you can get the results you desire w one or the other
is it a good idea to run eq and deca in the same cycle or just a waste of money, only need one?Quote:

Use both and if you are injecting eod on the eq bump to 150mg. You will be happy with the accelerated healing of test, the bump in red blood cells to feed your muscles and the hunger from eq, and the protein synthesis and joint lubing(less pain more strength) from deca. They will work fantastic together.
