Newbie to da juice

I've been lifting for around 10 years and Im going to try my first cycle but I want to run it by some people to asses how effective it will be given the mixture of substances. I know that fat loss and muscle gain are not something that you strive for at the same time but I've been told that this cycle is effective. Let me know what you think

The main goal is fat loss with a secondary goal of adding 10-15 lbs of lean mass.

Definitely dont talk to those people again. Its very hard to cut and bulk at the same time, pick one or the other. If you want to lose fat, the best way is from diet and cardio, you can take some clen if you'd like, but diet and cardio are the keys to losing fat, not drugs. Dont do deca alone, there's a good chance your willie wont be working!!!

then maybe run some test e at 500 mg/week for 10-12 weeks

honestly get your diet in check 20% is high ... goto diet forum research there learn and get a stable SOLID diet to lean up then try to clean bulk before you use AAS

yes, you are at 20%BF you need the clen. Get relatively lean and then cycle. Good luck

Here are some good ideas for a first cycle. With a little cardio added it should make a world of difference. I would do some more research first, before you put drugs that you don't know much about in your body.

T3 is very catabolic and preferably should be taken w/ gear.

What about a cycle with Oxandrolone and Clen?

20% seems a bit high, you may want to cut down the bf% before you cycle, just a thought.

Lean down to 10% BF. THEN try 250 to 500mg/week testosterone cypionate or enanthate. Test-only, your first cycle. No stacking. You need to learn how test affects you. You will build upon that knowledge as you try other drugs and combinations fo drugs, down the line. I notice your cycle has NO test. Very very bad idea. BEST beginner cycle is a single long ester of test, low to moderate dosage, for 8 to 12 weeks. 10 is a happy medium.

i second this. at your size i'd run the test at 500mgs, but only after you've dropped a few lbs. good advice Baron
