hey guys i am gonna run dbols at 40mg ed for the 1st 4 weeks of my test/eq cycle... i have the 5mg dbol so ill be takin 8 a day...
should i take these all at once or should i space them out throughout the day?
ps. i get to the gym everyday at 4pm... if this has some kinda impact

Ive taken them spread out and all at once 1 hour before gym time. Didnt notice a diff either way. I would go with the science and spread them out because they stay in your system such a short time.

I did 50 mg/day with Thai d-bol which is 5 mg/pill, so that was 10 pills per day (not bad compared to 25 pills/day with this 2 mg/pill Winstrol crap). Anyway, I spread them out over the day but loaded up a little heavier a couple hours before my workout and right after my workout. I just figure that's when you want the highest concentration in your body. So if I were you, doing 40 mg/day and working out at 4 pm, I would do something like this:
8 am - 1 pill
10 am - 1 pill
noon - 1 pill
2:00 pm - 2 pills
5:00 pm - 2 pills (assuming 1 hour workout, finished at 5 pm)
8:00 pm - 1 pill
The dosage is evenly spaced throughout the day with a higher concentration right around your workout.
Space them out evenly. Keep your levels stable as possible.
Dbol only has a half life of 3-6 hours in your body, so it would be best to seperate your dbol throughout the day. Try one when you wake up, another 5 hours later, another in 5 more hours, and the final one before bed.
