At that height and weight, more can still be attained naturally IMHO.
I'd like to see your dietary and training approach first.
How long have you been training seriously?

Sustanon isn't great for a first cycle for a few reasons.
a) Generally more expensive than a single estered test such as Cyp, Enth.
b) It should be injected EOD in order to maintain proper blood levels, and that can be too much for some newer users.
for a first cycle dont use sust. winny is not good for mass. Look up "bulking cycle" or "bulk cycle"Quote:

It's short for eat a**load of food and keep on lifting/learning before you touch gear. I suspect that a simple diet check could get you 200 lbs pretty easily.Quote:
