As a novice (learning slowly through this site) i was wondering, what were your most successful for either mass building or cutting.
I know, i could just look at the novice cycle page, but there is nothing better than a personal reccomendation from a successful trainer....
If you're just starting out stick to a test only cycle, perhaps with a dbol kickstart, and an AI and SERM with clomid for PCT.
bulk -- test drol
cut -- test tren masteron
typically what i run but everything has variations
Not for a first cycle, but my best cycles are test and tren, you can cut or bulk on it, it is just a matter of calorie intake.
mass: test/deca/dbol
cut: test/eq/winny
drol for a 1st cycle?? i dont think so.. start with just some test e and jump start if you like with 4 weeks dbol.Quote:
