    prop wiiny stack help

    my friend is thinking about doing a prop winny stack to gain some lean muscle anyone have any experience wiht this stack before? if so how many mg's do you recommend a week for prop and winny

    75mg ED of prop for around 10-12 weeks
    50mg ED of winstrol for the last 5 or 6 weeks of the cycle

    followed by PCT
    have nolva @ 10 mg ED, and 20 mg during PCT
