10g a day.
me im too lazy to cap my b5 so i just man up and and put about a teaspoon of the powder in my mouth and chase it with juice.. its so gross but easy to do. and it works well.. its gotta be something between 5-10g

so from what i gather you front load the **** until you clear up, then take a maintenance doage?
10g until you clear. 2-3g for maintenance.
We have also prescribed Proscar which will help block DHT. DHT has two negative side effects on individuals taking testosterone. One is hair loss and the other is Acne. We also use diclocilin (spelling?) which can clear acne up but don't take it if you allergic to penicillin.
