    Strength

Easiest way to increase strength... more reps less weight or less reps more weight?

I agree!! Do 6-8 reps 3 sets of one exercise and hit it on a diffrent exercise for another 3 sets. I usually hit 2 warm up sets at the beginning and then I go as hard as I can!

the only way to get stronger is to add the poundage.
if you CANT lift it,add 10 more pounds and try your hardest..

Best for back - Deadlift, bar none.

Second Tier - T-Bar rows, bent over rows (barbell)

Third Tier - Pulldowns, pullups, cable rows, chainsaws, etc..
