8 weeks of 500mg test e per week and 50mg of t-bol everyday.

What should my pct and proviron /all that "save your body" stuff be...what amounts and when??

I don't know if i'm reading the question right, but why don't you just go with a normal PCT which concists of Nolva and Clomid..maybe some HCG .

Both the nolva and the clomid should be taken for 2 weeks after the cycle then? should i start the nolva at the first sign of gyno?

Standard pct will do in this case... Nolva 10mg ed throughout the cycle, if gyno shows, up the dose to 20-40mg ed. 14 days after your last shot of test.. Start clomid, 100mg ed for atleast 3 weeks. also keep running the Nolvadex .

Standard PCT for most consist of 20mg Nolva/ed, Clomid run at 300mg/1st day, 100mg/day 2-11, 50mg/day 12-22. I run mine for a little bit longer, but you get the picture.
