I prefer Clen, it works better for me, plus I gives me a kick in the gym.
yea I take my second dose of clen 1-2hrs b4 workout for a little pick me up. I like clen over ephedrine.
why do you guys choose clen over ephedrine. I took it once and it gave me the worst cramps. and I felt tired all the time. I am willing to try it again but I want to make sure it is gonna be a better fat burner than ephedrine.
imo clen works more effectively over a shorter time period but then loses effectiveness.ephedrind works for longer periods as it stimulates beta 3 receptors as well as beta 2(like clen).beta 2 receptors seem to down regulate quickly.many combine benadryl or ketotifen with clen to prolong fat burning effect.
You should have been taking potassium when you were on Clen..it would have stopped the cramps, but I have never heard of anybody ever being tired on Clen. AR-R's Clen is great.
