O/T Question....
Sorry guys, apparently no one in the DIET forum.....when you guys cut, do you prefer PROTEIN and FAT before Workout or PROTEIN and low GI Carbs???

Pre work out shake 1hr before lifting 3/4 cup fine chopped/blended oldfashion oats to make them readily absorbable yes this raises their GI/II and 30g Whey Isolate Protein, w/ 5g Additional BCAAs and 5g Glutamine.
