    pct and keeping gains

    does pct help you keep some of your gains? Or is it just to restore your natural test levels

    it helps restore your natural test levels, which in turn helps you maintain gains. otherwise you will get an estrogen rebound where there will be way more estrogen than testosterone in your system, which means lost gains and bad side effects.
