    When will I start to see creatine gains?

    The frist time I used creatine...I don't remember how quick or responsive it was.. I remember tho I gained a good 10 pounds in about 2 months which I was very happy about... I never had a loading phase or anything like that... I took off 4 weeks..and lost a good 5 pounds...not terrible but I lost that nice full look..I'm starting again today...I was just wondering for those people who you use creatine..when do they notice weight gains...meaning water weight gains.... Thanks

    Creatine adds alot of waterweight (the monohydrate version at least). So, out of those 10lbs you gained 9.75lbs was water. That's why you lost so much when you came off.

    yea 2 weeks i start to see a little bloat, especially in my arms, and would be a few pounds heavier

    Creatine isnt a waste of money...its cheap...and effective. Sure you cant compare it to AAS but so what? Its essential
