    Clen Before or after Cardio

    Should I take Clen before or after cardio in the morning?

    I take it after. I wait 45min or so to eat. That's when I take mine. Though I did take it today before cardio and I reached my target heartrate in 45seconds. I had to go slow as hell to keep it in the proper range.
