    Those are called amps.

    All steroids injections are intramuscluar (excluding GH or insulin ). That means inject them into the muslces.

    No telling what other misinformation your buddies gave you. Hang out and read the threads for a few weeks, look at the drug profiles and stuff, absorb some background knowledge, before you begin your cycle. I have a bad feeling about this... I can't help worry about you.
