Listen I'm also I newbie, but atleast I have enough sense to read and understand what this site is all about. The rules are clearly stated when you register. So why do some of you keep asking for sources posting web addresses and so forth! Trust me it pays to have a little common sense.

If your sac really is shrunk here's a quick remedy...take a steaming hot bath. When you get out your nads will hang like two grapefruits in a plastic grocery bag.

I've got the do-all cure for shrunken sac: I caught epidydemitis from a Braziian hooker once and ended up with a nut the size of a softball, and purple to boot!!!!!! Trouble is, there's never a Brazilian hooker around when you need one.
