well **** it now, haha whats done is done.. my boy used to do that keep them preloaded... he never grew though... maybe that was why..

i think if u leave it in there too long then it starts to deteriorate the rubber. not good
On a serious note, i've never done that, kept them preloaded for longer then a couple seconds before injecting.. I'm sure it is nothing to worry about..

I preload 3-4 weeks in advance in most cases...
I preloaded my first 12 syringes. No problems.

I don't like the idea of keeping preloads more than a few days. Sterility is breached when you open the syringe package, uncap the pin, and draw. You might get away with it your whole life, and maybe I am just being noid about it, but I wouldn't do that. Of course, you already did it, so advice to the contrary is shutting the barn door while the horse is already running free. Chances are, you will be fine. I don't know what the odds are of a problem... but next time you need to split up a jug, put it into another sealed, sterile jug. It's the right thing to do.
