    Insane lower back pumps ...help!

    Hey folks...here goes:

    I'm on day26 of my first Test E (only) cycle (2x250mg a\week). I do experience insane lower back pumps at this point. It's like I can't even stand up anymore after doing some running. Yesterday after a good squat session I really had trouble just driving the car...argh is can't be normal Aside from that I feel great!! The gains are coming on me really nicely

    yeah bro iused to get crazy pumps in my lower back the next day after deadlifts. it was also uncomfortably for me to run. it got so bad i had massive pumps just when i would bend down and tie my shoes. i noticed that if i did deads every other week the lower back pumps were not as intense.

    Thanks for sharing that Goatnuts! Every other week you say ...mhm perhaps I don't got any other choice myself when the Test peaks itself up even more.

    also opt for not doing back before leg day. i found that also helps me out. i do something like this:
    legs
    back
    chest
    shoulders,arms
    off
    repeat
