    why deca helps joints

is there something about the compound nandrolone itself that helps tendons and ligaments, or is it related to the small amounts of water retention?????

yes, eq is actually better than deca for collagen synthesis however lots of people claim they like the deca better.....has an ablitity to "lube up the joints".....

think an msm supplement would be helpful, since collagen synthesis is the main effect on the joints?

Well, EQ is mild. Not much more to say about it than that...

yeah, it does assist with the appetite... but I hear Test does that too... Unfortunately I can't personally attest, I'm on my first cycle, and it was first Enanathate, (slow kick in,) then fake enanthate /underdosed ... and finally Prop, but I'm only 1 week in to the prop... I can't precisely say it test is good for it, but it definitely sounds to be. I have been stable-ly on the EQ, and that does help.

Actually, deca increases collogen synthesis at a higher degree than any other drug, including eq - testosterone does not reduce collogen synthesis "a bit", but reduces it by a HUGE percentage, something like 250 % - deca helps to replace synovial fluid in the joints, which is why it minimizes joint pain while on.
