Reseptor clearing-up time after clen
I saw an EXCELLENT clen profile by Hooker:
where it sais that clen downgrades androgen receptors . But how long does it take for the body to get them back to 100%???
How about after DNP and efedrin?? Is it the same time?

Im sure he says that if you use a Cationic ampiphylic drug such as Benadryl in around the 3rd week (Or when your BBT is back to normal) then after a weeks use of benadryl, your receptors are back to normal and you are now at peak Clen performance again. So I would say the answer to that, if using benadryl, is 1 week.

Im not sure if I would listen to that 2week reply tho cos he says he dont even use benadryl which, if you read all of hookers post, you NEED benadryl for clen to keep working - which makes sense.

Hollywood said no matter how long the clen cycle. I
feel he has more expereince w/ this that us, so I am
listening to that answer, because its from experience..
But no benny ??.
BOLD SENTENCE-Possible...but your assuming here.
I personally feel a week after wk 6,9 or 12 is too early
Right...use benadryl every 3 weeks or so...agreed.
This goes hand in hand with monitoring your BBT daily!
Im going 12 weeks, and ~month left. So yes, the
benadryl works for re-sensitising the receptors during the
clen cycle...your correct on that.

My question is if you are gonna run clen , do you stop E/C for a time prior to use? According to hooker's advice, E/C does downregulate receptors. So it makes sense to stop it altogether prior to use. However, he made mention of using them together, so now I'm a little confused.
