Newbie researching for 1st cycle...

Hey guys I'm 24 185lbs and 6'. I want to avoid being ignorant and doing my own thing so I would appriciate any advice you guys could give me. I have a good frame I probably look like I weigh less than I do. Im looking for lean gains/strength that will last and I have no problems with injecting myself.
It seems 500mg Test E is a given but If you guys could help me narrow down 1 particular cycle setup/ proper PCT so I can focus my research a little more directly It would really help... Im starting from scratch with no contacts so If anyone has any other words of wisdom they want to email me feel free.. Im in the Boston area :lift:

It depends on what you can get.
If you choose injectables make 100% sure they are legit, dont risk infection.
Orals like D-Bol are a good beginers choice for the same reason.

I would do somethng like this:

weeks 1-12 Test Enanthate 500mg E3.5D (i.e. Monday & Thursday)
weeks 1-4 Dianabol 40mg ED
weeks 1-14 nolvadex 10mg ED
PCT
weeks 15-18 nolvadex 20mg ED
weeks 15-18 clomid 100mg ED
weeks 13-18 tribulus 5g ED

id go with wat fitnessguy has posted except i would start the pct 14days after last test shot not 21,as its out of the system in 14.

it is 14 days, or at least intended to be...
weeks 1 THROUGH 12 test e, weeks 13 & 14 off, the START of week 15 PCT ;)

Probably dont even need to mess with the dbol in your first cycle, but I did and it blew me up

Thanks guys that seems to be a popular combo and most likely the direction I will take... Im sure if I search around enough I can find sources.. Im going to try to take my time and research in that department since I dont have any friends that are into this stuff... I appriciate any and all info you guys can hook me up with. I wanna make sure I do this right...

Ok guys I did my digging and came up with some sources... Looks like I'll be using BD products. I just have a couple more questions...

1. What gauge, quantity, and size syringes should I get? I assume get them from AR?
2. Whats the deal with the Tribulus stuff? Im not really seeing it anywhere do i need it or is there something else I can sub it out with?

Looks like I just need to do a little math for the total quantities to get and I should be good to go... Anything else I may be overlooking?

1st and foremost I hope your "digging for sources" included neither random PM's from this board, nor a google search. If this is the case your source is likely cr@p, goto the scammers list and see if he's listed, then check with a mod (Diesel if u can) to see if the source is legit.

Secondly, you can get both pinz and trib from AR, click on the banner...

Guage depends on how thick the gear u have is, some passes through a 27 no problem, some needs a 21 (ouch). Most ppl use a 23 or 25 to inject, but use like an 18 or 21 to draw. Should be a 3cc syringe, 1" for most sites, 1.5 for glutes, and 5/8" for small sites (bi/tri/calf/trap)

Hey guys Ive placed my order with a well respected supplier... The only thing that differs from above, is I will be using 35mg Dianabol ED instead of 40mg(due to ordering quantities).. and I could not find the Tribulus, will I be fine wihtout it and just using the nolvadex and clomid for PCT?

You can find the tribulus almost anywhere. It's just a natural testosterone booster. You don't have to have it, but it wouldn't hurt in getting your boys back to normal faster. PM if you can't find anywhere to get it.

u can order the trib from the vitamin shoppe or gnc... i just picked some up 2day..... if there is none near u try the vitamin shoppe online
