Is this something to worry about (hurnia)

I was stretching my abs today and felt a little pop and noticed i might have a hurnia in my belly button. I just wanted to know if ne of you have experienced any thing like this. Its in the upper left hand side of my belly button.

My father has had a bad one just like yours. I'd suggest you visit your doctor and possible get surgery to tighten/stichup your peritoneum and or abs depending on how bad you're done.

But get it fixed asap, you don't want it ripping and stretching out more.

....Put your finger on it, press lightly, and cough a few times. If you feel it bulge out when you cough, there is a good chance you have an abdominal hernia. See your doc stat to get it fixed, as it will get worse if you dont. Right now it is an easy fix.
