    need help

    okay im meeting this girl but im on juice bloated as hell. My face is the size of football i have started taking anti e and what are other ways i have 1 week to get rid of the bloat help me. thanks.

    Cut down salt, drink a ton of water...anti-es should do some work before the week is up too.
