    Tamox dosages?

    I need some help with dosage on the Tamox. I just got mine in today from lion and I need some input. I'm in week seven of a Test cyp. 500mg wk and 400mg wk of Bold. What should the dosage be on the tamox, and how long should I run it. Also I should be getting my clomid in from lion first of the week. Should I run both Tamox and Clomid together or wait for the PCT. Any information woudl be greatly appreciated.

    run 10mg of nolva during cycle after cycle for pct bump it up to 20mg with clomid
