    stackking sust and deca 500mg once a week when do u start seeing major changes? if eating right and working out right?

    i would take the sus at least every 3 days and the deca twice a week and you will c changes within a month and don,t forget to take nolvadex and to do a hcg at the end of your cycle

    r u taking both at the same dosage??? test shld b run higher than the other...eg. 500mg test a week 400mg deca a week....

    Bro I would be lookng for the changes to occur after the 4tn week. But you should get some pretty descent gains off this cycle.
