    it's liver damage, not kidney. the liver is good at regenerating itself

    im haveing a simalar prob, my urine is a drak color, and it smells strong too, any idea s for this, maybe some ala, or cran extract?

    if the kidneys are destroyed then they stay like that....liver repairs itself...

    Caseylee what are you on. When your urine is dark its a typical sign of kidney damage. And Winny only affects your liver as previously mentioned, however, you can aid your liver in cleansing itself by using ALA and Milk thistle. For your kidneys pure cranberry juice will get your piss bright yellow again, same with apple cider vinegar.
