help I took these pills and my....

i got some pills in a baggie from an aquaintance of mine
he sayd they are dbols i have been taking them for 3 weeks now and
am fealing some weird things
in the first couple of days my abs seemed to stiffen up
i haven't been able to sleep more than 3 hours a night and it's never continuous
my back and chest have broken out in what my doc says is cystic acne
looks like a bunch of boyls and sores hurts like hell
my wife is pissed off cause i can't get it up anymore and the stuff has given me a severe xase of halatosis
i don't know what to do i sh!t my guts out for the first 3 days on it and have been pretty much constipated since what did i take the pills say 1d10t
on them please help.

bro don't let this happen to you i only fabricated this lill story but from what i read on here lately it is inevitable that someone is gona get themselves hurt
if only one person reads this and does their research ...

Doctors cant report that type of thing bro...around here at least. I don't know how schit goes down in Sweden, but normally doctors have to keep your information confidential.
