I buy more supps because I haven't done a cycle yet. Ide say every other week or so I buy. Mostly meal replacements and creatine.

Supplements take the biggest chunk out of my pocket.

i buy only suppls cuz im natural right now... I buy my protein in bulk (10 lbs bag of optimum nutrition 100% whey protein) so that lasts me quite a few weeks. Im now doing five-six weeks on creatine, and two-three weeks off, rotation... So I buy enough creatine/dextrose/ALA for my each creatine cycle each 7 or so weeks.

I also buy 200 servings of glutamine peptides, and use 10grams (2 servings a day) so I buy the glut every 100 days... i really don't spend that much money really cuz i save by buyin in bulk and shopping around. www.proteinfactory.com is one of my favs for creatine and dextrose and ala.

I spend more on juice...The only supps I use are BCAA's, Tyler's liver detox, milk thistle, ALA, glutamine and cranberry...I have a local friend who runs a supplement warehouse and I get it all at cost anyways...
