im new to the site and u guys seem to realy no ur s@!t. im stuk on noing what the best 50mg oral is to use, regarding gains and whats genuinely the better gear on the market, ine used the green anadrol with the snake print on but ive recently been told of others. any help please. thanks

johnny- my advice would be to hold off on a cycle until u know what your talking about. U shouldn't take steroids if u don't know anything about them. This is one of the best boards out there so look around and read up. Welcome to the board though.

Click this link for diffrent steroid profiles. btw it's not a good idea to run orals alone. Take it from someone who's made that mistake. When u think you have found a cycle for you, post it on a thread along with your stats.(age, weight, height,sex,bf,bb exp)

were a bit behind u in the uk mate, im not saying i no what im talkin about, im trying to learn iv don gear a fair bit ive gone from 17 yrs old and 10.5 stone to 21 and just shy of 14 stone. ive joined the site to learn. i havnt heard of anavar . sorry boss
