IMO Deca should be run a MIN of 12 weeks.. same for EQ
since EQ is weak gear i think it could be ran for 20weeks easy w/ test backbone..etc.
I think 20 weeks is fine, if anything drop the deca in week 18 and keep the test until week 20.Quote:

Longer cycles are fine as long as you keep bp and diet in check. Cycles tend to take a toll if you cannot control your diet and training. 20 weeks is a good length for most cycles.
however i wouldn't recommend a first timer for a 20 week. it sounds though at the doses you are taking this isn't your first time. it can be harsh and get some HCG but you should be fine.
