I had that problem about 3 weeks into my first cycle . I uped the nolve to 60-80mgED for weeks with no benefit . And the **** aint cheap when your going through a bottle every 2 weeks .

I then bought some l-dex , and it was gone in days . This last cycle i ran letro , no problems .

Just my experience .

First you should give some details about what kind of cycle
you're running and at what doses as this will determine the
amount of nolva and maybe it's not even from estrogen
sides if you are taking other drugs with your cycle...

Just as a rule of thumb 20mg is all I need when running a
dose of test as high as 1,200mg weekly... I'm really only
sensitive to estrogen sides and not to progesterone, but
you may be different... What drugs are you running in the
cycle?

Maybe it's not estrogen related sides at all?

Supposedly taking more then 40 mg causes sore nipples. I have heard there is no reason to take more then 20 mg, just it might take 4 or 5 daily doses in a row and the sore nipples quit hurting. Then you can maintain with every other day 20 mg, this usually works for everyone including the toughest gyno cases.

Incidentially taking 40 mg a day of nolva for 2 weeks can drop high cholesterol as much as 100 points so its not bad for you at all. Nolva at the 40 mg level is better then the lipitors and other cholesterol lowering drugs. It also substantially increases good cholesterol.
